The General District Court handles areas of the law that include the following:
- Traffic, Criminal, and Civil Cases
- Juvenile and custody support
- Foster care, abuse and neglect
- Child services
- Children in need of supervision
- Truancy
- Civil cases up to $15,000
General District Court meets every Wednesday at 8:30 AM. If there is a fifth Wednesday in a month there will be no General District Court held.
Juvenile and Domestic Court meets on the second and fourth Tuesday at 9:AM.
