Clerk of General District Court

The General District Court handles areas of the law that include the following:

  • Traffic, Criminal, and Civil Cases
  • Juvenile and custody support
  • Foster care, abuse and neglect
  • Child services
  • Children in need of supervision
  • Truancy
  • Civil cases up to $15,000

General District Court meets every Wednesday at 8:30 AM. If there is a fifth Wednesday in a month there will be no General District Court held.

Juvenile and Domestic Court meets on the second and fourth Tuesday at 9:AM.
